Usual cylindrical tapering teak column with inclinometer, brass fitiings and enclosing a gimbled compass marked ' W.E Price & Co, Avonmouth'. Correcting balls in black, flinders bar and the base has a cross which would have been screwed to the deck and attached to the binnacle by the holding down feet. 145cm high.
