A 19th Century possibly Bilston enamel oval patch box commemorating the death of Lord Nelson. With a hinge lid in good order, the top with motto reading 'BRITISH GRATITUDE TO NELSONS VALOUR' within a wreath and white dotted border. Original mirror to the underside and the main body in green. The bottom has signs of wear and has a small repair but is complete as can be seen in the image. Measures 5cm x 4cm x 2.5cm high.
