All earthenware transfer printed Royal Navy Mess plates of the Queen Victoria 'Young head' design. This dates these plates from 1880-1906 production. With royal crown to the centre and Mess number and the border interspersed with scenes of sailors and the Queen in profile. Measure 24cm diameter.
