A brass single sided ships Telegraph by J.W Ray, Liverpool.
The bell is in working order. It is original patina, not recently polished and stands 97cm high.
It would originally have had an oil lamp attached to the side where you see the round clear circle to one side. I have looked in my spares collection and do n't have one to fit.
The dial diameter is 19cm and the base 25cm.
