Plaque attached to the top near central front reading 'N.V INDUSTRIA ROTTERDAM' with the companies distinctive IR logo and serial number '1464 V'. Also with a plaque to the botton centre reading 'ANKER ANCHOR'.
Industria Rotterdam were a Dutch lamp manufacturer from 1920-2011, not mass producers but custom specialists. They invented 'steel bronzed brass' which was seawater resistant and called marine bronze.
