An early 20th century mahogany and brass portable binnacle by E.Dent & Co. London as marked on the compass. Stamped to the wood with a broad arrow denoting admiralty issue and a pattern number. Brass carrying rings to either side and a door with a knob handle allowing access to the bowl lock.
Under restoration to add a handle and light box and then the price will increase.
