A Chinese 12-bolt tinned diving helmet TF-12, serial number 71 all matching, dated 9  98. Oval side windows with guards, the front window with circular guard, rear gooseneck inlet, pepperpot outlet and comms with armoured cable wire and breast plate with front hanging posts.
UPDATE - I've taken the plastic grill off and hung it on the side and taken the sticker off too!
