A late 18th/early 19th Century painted enamel patch box depicting Brittania. Blue enamel to the box, brass rim and white hinged lid with brass surround. The lid with the legends 'Brittania rears Her head & hopes he will reign many Years. Proud of her GEO 111' around the outside and inside is painted with Brittania seated with a Union Jack and a lion at her side. Also a cartouche of her head with a foliage head garland. In great condition for its age. Measures 4.5cm wide x 3.5cm deep x just over 2cm high.
